The surgery has telephone triage set up for most of our appointments. All appointment requests will have a telephone triage first and patients invited to surgery by Clinician as needed or as per the reason of the appointment. Due to this reception may ask you for the reason for the appointment requested, and this is to improve the patients care and further support. Patients with Coronavirus symptoms are requested to follow isolation advice.

During this time prescription requests made over the phone will be dealt with on a patient by patient basis. 

To reduce unnecessary face to face contact patients are requested to nominate a pharmacy near their residence to collect prescriptions from.
