We expect to offer you an appointment within 48 hours if possible. If you wish to see a particular doctor, you may have to wait a little longer. Please telephone during surgery opening hours for appointments or call in person.
Monday and Friday are 'book on the day' appointment system only, phone 8.30am for a morning appointment and 2.00pm for an afternoon appointment.
There are pre-bookable and book on the day appointments for all clinics Tuesday to Thursday and a few on Friday.
Pre-bookable appointment can be made up to 10 working days in advance.
For an emergency, you are seen on the same day. Ill children are seen on an urgent basis. Please give the necessary details to the receptionist.
Please inform the receptionist at the time of booking if more than one person in your family needs to be seen. We can then give you a longer appointment. Each patients has a 10 minute appointment for their consultation.

HOW YOU CAN HELP US
Be punctual for your appointment. If you attend late you maybe asked to reschedule.
Tell us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. We can then give it to someone who may urgently need to be seen.
Call for an urgent appointment as early as possible i.e. as soon after 8.30am or 2.00pm as you can.
TELEPHONE CONSULTATION/ADVICE/ENQUIRIES/TEST RESULTS
If you need to consult a doctor regarding any of the above, a telephone consultation can be booked. Test results are given out after 4.30pm. Please note, test results cannot be given out to a third party.
