All the non-clinical staff makes appointments and take messages for the Doctors. The staff may ask for a few details to enable them to help you in the most appropriate way. All information is confidential and no information is given out to a third party unless the patient’s permission has been given.
RGN BSc (Hons) Diabetic Diploma Can examine, diagnose and treat patients with most illnesses seen in general practice. Her role compliments the GP role by adding a nursing perspective. She also runs the chronic disease clinic for patients with diabetes. She can prescribe medication and refer patient when necessary.

Ronald is working at Roselawn Surgery to see minor illnesses and acute patients. He will cover clinics in the surgery during the busy Jan- March period and will be able to see all patients above the age of 2 years and patients with non pregnancy related symptoms. He is a fully qualified ANP and can prescribe and refer patients if needed.
If GP clinics are full you may be offered an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner.
Practice Nurse is a specialist in asthma and COPD. She also consults on travel vaccinations, smoking cessation and women’s health needs and is available for ear syringing.
The Practice Nurse is available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings. Her appointments can be booked 10 days in advance.
Health Care Assistant is available for blood pressure checks, new patient checks, spirometry, ECGs, removal of sutures and minor dressings.
